Alice in Wonderland Collection – All Four Books: Alice in Wonderland, Alice Through the Looking Glass, Hunting of the Snark and Alice Underground by Lewis Carroll

4.0

what to say what hasnt been said, its alice in wonderland.
Maybe its due to me not being very good at reading fiction books, but it feels very jumpy, like theres a little bit too much to be told, tho its not "bad" and it also makes sense why there has been so many reinterpretation over the years, it brings an entire world that can be read in a myriad of different ways, no idea if this was the intention but it feels like it presents the reader with a lot of different narratives, bordering on the surreal. Being written for children it feels like an "imagination run wild" type of deal, meant to stimulate the world building rather than serving it up front, which is cool and has provided a toolbox for said interpretation over the years.
Hunting of the snark is pretty coherent for a socalled nonsense poem
