I’m not really doing a full review for this, I read it for someone else as like a book recommendation exchange.
Sci-fi/space opera is not really my genre of choice, like at all. It just is not something that I gravitate towards, nor do I enjoy it. It was kinda hard to get through this for me personally. I think objectively this is a good book and if you’re into sci-fi/space opera with fast paced action and lots of world building, you would probably like this book. However, it’s just not for me.
The romance was also super sudden without any real foundation before they are like obsessed with each other. They both were constantly hooking up with other people and barely talking and then suddenly in danger, they both realize they can’t live without the other person. That was just confusing to me.
