This story was swoon worthy but not in the typical way. It might just be me but the way Jack cared so hard that he couldn’t even recognize he was in love until it hit him before he was about to do something stupid! Anywho, the only thing I wished about this story was that Jack and Mara’s book came before Dylan and Jeanine’s story because I kept thinking to their timeline and we already saw in the first book that they made it work. I’m not sure, It feels almost backwards reading about the Sorrento’s then Jack and Mara’s story. That aside, I love the way their families blended so well. I think my favorite moment was the court house wedding when they exchanged vows. 🥹 And the spice was definitely spicy. I think the funniest moment was Jack’s parking lot scene. I won’t give too much away but it was mighty hilarious 😂. The conversation between Jack and Sydney before they moved to Ohio was so mature and I was proud of Sydney’s growth because I went through too many books with her insufferable ass self. And I don’t care by Bryce didn’t deserve how kind they were to him 🙄 he’s a POS. Overall, I genuinely liked the book and loved seeing the growth and changes that happened 🥹. I loved how they took care of each other and how Mara helped heal some of his wounds little by little. Also, I 100% need a book on Nikki and Gabi 😩 because I’m nosey lol.
