. This novel told in the format of letters and emails was a delight. I picked it up based on this insta rec (account recommended by abi) and after seeing the one and only Ann Patchett also recommend it. It was ultimately very sweet and unique. I didn’t love the main character the whole time but she really grew on me. I liked the gaps in letters and communications and through it was all very good.
P.s. audio was v good because each unique letter writer was read by a different person! Also bonus good is that some of the letters are focused on writing out reading reports (bookception)
