Illiam by Mel Braxton

5.0

**Slight TW**
This book does have details of injury but it is not the main feature of this book.

I really enjoyed this story. Braxton introduced a beautiful world, one that quite literally had a mind of its own.
Being such a short book (duhh Siobhán it's a novella!), there was certainly a lot put into it. For being so short and having quite a lot if content, the story was still set at quite an easy pace.

I am hoping for more of this world in the future as I'm certainly keen to know more about what happens next. With such an open ending, I could either let my imagination decide or choose to have my fingers crossed for a second full book... I happily choose the latter.

One thing I'd also love to point out is how Braxton had shown the meaning of companionship and trust in this book. Illiam put so much trust into the main protagonist and visa versa. It was truly beautiful.

Definitely worth the read. A captivating story with wonderful movie potential.
