The Power of Regret: How Looking Backward Moves Us Forward by Daniel H. Pink

4.0

4.1 stars. No ragrets, (not even a letter) about reading this book. I liked hearing about what other people regretted in life and made me look back at my life thinking if I had any regrets.
The part I enjoyed most was the different types of foundational regrets and then Daniel’s suggestions for how to move past them or learn from them.
The ending has some great suggestions as well about how to avoid having future regrets.
I very much enjoyed the audiobook.
