It was good! But at times it seemed padded a bit, just so the author could cram in more stuff about submarines. Some scenes dragged out a bit too much when it was already clear how they'd resolve, and most annoyingly, the author kept repeating things - have characters say something, then explain what they just said, in case you're an idiot and forgot what was in literally the previous sentece, I guess.

But yes, it _was_ suspenseful, and if you like getting a lot of details about submarines, feel free to add a star to my rating.
