The Beggar and the Hare by Tuomas Kyrö

1.0

Truly nothing redeeming. The plot is full of holes. The characters lack depth and originality. Sadly, each character was basically a copy of the last. The author loses track and runs down side story after side story as though looking for the point of the book. The hardest part is truly the logic not written. The book has so many issues. Massive plot holes, details that are forgotten, several errors. I would say it was pleasing to read but truly it wasn't. It was choppy, lacked a glow, and relied on tricks. The ending was a supreme disappointment as well. I set the book down asking myself what on earth the point of the novel was. Not one character evolved, not one character made decisions. The book is a collection of less and less probably events happening to a series of cardboard characters. I can't find anything redeeming here.

Shockingly bad read.
