This book was a lot of fun to read. If you're looking for some laughs and a smutty storyline, this is one of the best choices for you.
The first few chapters really captured my attention. The narrative set a lively tone right from the start, and while the plot is hilariously funny, it does veer into the realm of the unbelievable. The pacing was decent, but towards the end, it felt a bit predictable, and the characters' actions seemed overly idealistic, which affected the overall narrative.
I genuinely enjoyed both main characters; they were easy to love due to their great rapport and clever banter. Although there isn't much depth to the characters, I was primarily in it for the laughs, so I didn't mind that at all. There was enough background provided for Scottie and Wilder for us to understand their emotional perspectives.
Overall, the premise of the story is quirky, and the characters are quite peculiar as well. Despite its oddity, this book still delivers on fun and smut, fulfilling its promise.
