I completely lost interest in this series. On one hand things just got incredibly boring: There is little to none character development and no chemistry between MacKayla and … literally anyone at all.
On the other hand, there is this bad habit among authors of introducing subplot after subplot, basically signalling that they are going to milk this cow 100% dry, no matter the cost. And with Faefever, you can almost sense about seven follow-ups and at least one spin-off in the air.
