THIS SERIES IS A MASTERPIECE.
While I've never read SCI-FI prior to this series I can definitively say that this series is definitely one of the best! Not only is the story incredible but the format is so interesting and really ramps up the experience.
I loved Hanna, Nik and Ella (while not as much as I loved Kady and Ezra) they were all awesome and I loved the dynamic they had together.
I'm so glad Kady's father survived but my heart breaks thinking about him finding out his wife has died.
Man, I was shook when it turns out Jackson was the traitor - though I expected something would happen since I assumed Nik would become the love interest but still.
I was also hella shook when Nik *died*, and I was so relieved that he ended up being okay (kind of?)
The whole multiverse part was kind of confusing, and I will definitely need to read it a few more times in order to understand it properly (I'm not complaining though).
I loved how Jackson wrote the fake report to give them a chance to escape then sacrificed himself so Nik, Ella, and Hanna could escape. He obviously wasn't a bad guy deep down and I'm glad he got a bit of a redemption arc.
I can't wait to read the final book and I'm praying for Frobisher's downfall.
I will definitely be checking out both Amie and Jay's other books after I finish this series!
