Angels' Flight by Nalini Singh
5.0
Overall rating 5 stars because I loved all of these novellas!
Angel's Dance - 5 stars
Jessamy and Galen REFUSE to get out of my head, even though I read this book in November. How rude!
I loved everything about that novella. I want to be Jessamy when I grow up.
Angel's Judgement - 5 stars
If you like Halfway to the Grave by Jeaniene Frost, this novella has very similar vibes. I actually loved reading about Sara and Deacon and their monster dog. It makes it so much sweeter every time they're mentioned in the next books.
Angel's Pawn - 4 stars
Javier and Ash, good gosh. The chemistry between these two is sizzling. Although Javier is definitely already a goner for Ashwini, I loved that it didn't end in an instalove trope. It was way too short, I needed so much more, but thankfully we get a full length novel so I can't wait to get to that one!
Angel's Wolf - 4.5 stars
Nimra and Noel, SWOON. I loved seeing how Noel was doing, and getting to know him as more than just a pawn in the big scheme of things. I loved the relationship build up between him and Nimra, their little quips and how they both let things slide because they were interested in seeing where it would lead. Though the quiet power struggles were probably my favorite part about this one. And that ending! I did NOT see that coming, my jaw literally fell open and I gasped so loud I think my neighbors must've raised an eyebrow in alarm.
