I'm still not convinced that Takeru would have gone to Italy, especially for 5 years. That's a long time to live apart, even if you do see each other on holidays. I guess what's important is that in the end, Kayano and Takeru are happy and together, however long that took.
Overall, I enjoyed this series, though I can't say it's been one of my favorites over the years. Though I was invested in Kayano and Takeru, I found it hard to really care about any of the other characters. In the end, I just didn't know enough about them.
