The Last Garden in England by Julia Kelly

3.5

The three storylines are well-woven together. I was worried there were too many leads to keep track of, and I was a right from the stance that I sometimes struggled to remember the ancillary characters. The tale did weave the women’s lives together nicely with the garden as the focal point. Quite a sad book near the end. The happy parts didn’t really seem to help raise the mood back to neutral by the finish.
