Is this objectively 4 stars? I really don't know.
Did I have a hell of a good time and couldn't stop reading? Yes, that's exactly what happened.

The truth is that the dynamic of owner-slave that started this whole thing made me uncomfortable, but as Krestel and Arin interacted I saw the building of their friendship and later relationship.
I liked how the book doesn't stop in the moment you think it will stop. The plot is not used as a cliffhanger but it is explored in the book, which I found was the right choice and very nice to see in a YA book.
As much as I enjoyed their relationship, I would like to see more of Arin's personality next time. Krestel had a clear personality (not always likable) personality and way of behaving and it was clear who she was as you went through the book. Arin? Not so much.

I think I will continue with this trilogy tomorrow because I really want to know how all of this will unravel (I truly have no clue what could happen next)
