The Ice Twins by S.K. Tremayne

2.0

I had this book on my list to check out. So I was thrilled when I got a copy of this book to read. Sadly, I quickly realized that what I hoped and what actually was the results are two different things.

At first I went along with the story, even though there were parts that seemed unbelievable and the characters were just alright. Like really how does a mother not really be able to tell the difference between her twin daughters. I thought it was a mother;s instinct to be able to tell the difference between her children even if they looked alike. Then there are the interactions of Kirstie as Lydia. This "transformation" was not interesting. That was the problem with this book, the characters and the story were slow paced and the characters were not that inviting and intriguing. If these things had been beefed up then this book actually would have been a good read.
