Dawn: Stories
by Selahattin Demirtaş
The author has the ability to extract the spirit of these ordinary people and weave it into the greater themes of religion, gender, politics, life and soul, with simple but penetrating language. Several of these stories are devastating but they're my favorite. I think Demirtas is better at writing tragedy.
