This book was a very good book, and it was able to keep me hanging on for more.
The character building and switching timelines was perfect for the storyline, and the author did a great job detailing events and referencing the past (as if I lived it with the narrator) without leaving me confused.
The only reason this book didn’t get a 5 star rating was because I’m personally more of a tension girl. While there is a decent amount of tension throughout, I just couldn’t help but feeling like I wanted more.
Overall, I really enjoyed this book. With dark academia, complicated young-adult relationships, and Shakespeare, you just can’t go wrong reading this.
