The only reason I picked up this book was for a prompt. I needed a book published before I was born. I heard good things about this series and thought why not start it. I thought it was a little slow at the beginning, but began to pick up towards the end. I thought it was a pretty easy listen. I listened while cleaning out my closet. I am looking forward to the 2nd book hoping it will pick up.
