As someone with OCD and anxiety, it was a bit challenging to read about the obsession part of the book. As it was portrayed extremely accurate to how I've experienced some moments of my obsessions. I literally had to stop in the beginning of the book to pause and sob a little because I thought of a younger me reading it and being like I think like that and I might've gotten a bit of help earlier. As well as it being described well and not a clean type of disorder that is often portrayed everywhere.
