Eight Hundred Grapes by Laura Dave

3.0

Georgia grew up on a vineyard in Sonoma Hills and as soon as she was able, fled to the city. This story starts with her once again fleeing her life, dressed in her wedding gown and arriving back to the vineyard. A week before her wedding she discovered her fiancée was keeping a secret from her. When she arrived home she quickly discovered her husband wasn’t the only one hiding the truth.

As her and her family work through resolving all the secrets and the trouble that goes with them, Georgia started to reevaluate her own life and happiness.

I enjoyed moments of this book, but definitely found myself frustrated with the character and her indecisiveness, as well as some of the strange situations the other characters found themselves in also. Didn’t pair well for me.
