Almost DNF'd it and wasn't going to read the next book in the series but the ending got me excited enough to continue onwards to the next book. Don't get me wrong, I love reading about Persian mythology, jinns, the devil, fantastical kingdoms, magic, dragons and all that jazz - the romance was just too much for me! And I thought it dull how the author wrote out almost all thoughts going on in the prince's and Alizeh's heads - sorry but I don't think they're interesting enough characters for that- especially not the moping prince. But as previously mentioned, I liked many other parts of the story! Also, the ending made all the romance more sufferable- now I'm intrigued to see where it goes and think suffering through all that romantic pining might have been worth it *evil smile*
