Tiny Beautiful Things: Advice on Love and Life from Dear Sugar by Cheryl Strayed

reread: 5/18/24
i came back to this book intermittently over the past couple years, but this is only the second time reading it straight through. cheryl strayed seems like a fascinating person and i must read her memoir at some point. as for her advice, some of it was a balm to the experience of living (as advertised) and some of it made me want to scream a little bit. then again, i couldn't do any better. maybe i need to examine myself more, i don't know. maybe i wasn't in the right mood to read about such shattering concepts as deservingness and responsibility and hope. maybe i was projecting judgement that wasn't really there onto her words. idk i'm going through it rn
