Sweet Temptation by Wendy Higgins

Okay. I'm not usually too keen on the idea of reading a whole book's worth of the same story but from the perspective of another main character because, other than it being kind of a waste of time, it's unnecessary. Honestly. But since I truly enjoyed the Sweet Trilogy and, c'mon, Sweet Temptation is the whole trilogy told from THE Kaidan Rowe's perspective, so why the hell not?

Well, I'm pretty happy I read it because it's amazing and sexy. I'll admit, I did expect it to be really, really naughty because this is the son of the Duke of Lust we're talking about here, guys. It sort of didn't meet that expectation but compared to Anna's, ohboy, Kai's one naughty Neph. And it was very amusing to read his thoughts. I expected more details but it's understandable, given that this is basically all the three books in one. It didn't take away any of my enjoyment at all.

Let me also just tell you that this was like reading a whole new story altogether but not really--you get me? Because Kai's perspective is so different from Anna's, and it's not just the sexy times. You can really distinguish their perceptions on the situations they were in and it made reading this all the more significant and worth it.

And that last chapter. Oh my stars, don't even get me started on that. If you've read the Sweet Trilogy, you /have/ to read this. I mean it.
