ok i might come back to this review because i need to gather my thoughts better but let me tell you, dean's growth and development into the man he is at the end of this man is truly beautiful and brilliant and magnificent and so good ugh truly hit me damn, cat also changed and she's more confident and she found herself in a place she truly never thought it could work for her and also in the last person on earth she thought that could help her and be with her and be the love of her life, so also they're banter and their journey together from enemies to fuck buddies to lovers is just immaculate and loved every second of it!! i hated dean so much in the first book, i liked cat a lot and felt bad for her in the second one, and now look at them, together and happy and stronger than ever, different people better and amazing i love them and this book was truly a surprise and so happy i loved it and kicked and giggled my ass off ehehe and yay my first finished book of 2025!! i missed this world and i didn't know how much until i started the book but i missed these characters and im excited for sabrina's book!! tho leo and anna are still my faves and definitely my fave male and female main character, dean and cat are so so close like 1.5 just beautiful!
