the plot of this book doesn't even kick in until like 3/4 but that's okay bc the cast of characters is SO fun and diverse and entertaining that i was having the time of my life just reading abt them hanging out on a sick spaceship doing their best to ignore the US government. polyamorous scientist throuple my beloved. also, big fan of the artist who buries fake fossils to fuck with future archaeologists #girlboss
