Thanks to Goodreads and Simon & Schuster for an Advanced Reader Copy of Julie Chan is Dead! This is going to be a spoiler free review as I feel like that would be best for this book.
The concept of the book drew me in because I love Yellowface by R.F. Kuang and I am always interested in the portrayal of social media influencers. I found this book to be such a fun read. I was suprised at certain aspects of the book which only made me enjoy it more. I can definitely compare it to Yellowface but also the movie Glass Onion. There were a few minor things I would have loved to see done differently, but overall a great read!
