Measure What Matters
by John Doerr
OKR's have definitely changed the way I think about my work and "measuring what matters", which I feel is a great title.
I enjoyed reading the chapters which gave insights from tech giants, startups and even Bono, of which I was a little surprised by. Some of the content in these sections you can sort of "glance over" as it can be a bit repetitive which is my only gripe.
And lastly, if you want just a comprehensive resource list, that fill the last portions of the book and are definitely a great reference tool/refresher. I know I'll be revisiting those from time to time.
Overall, recommend, but there is some parts you can skip over with ease.
