I randomly bought this series on kindle when it was on sale and had no expectations whatsoever. I was unsure at first if I was going to DNF but I decided to persevere to see where it went and it ended up being not too bad. Some of it was hella uncomfortable and the ending wasn’t the best but it was a decent read that moved quite quickly.
