Ghostly Game by Christine Feehan

4.0

Rory is a rolling stone, rarely staying in one place for long. But San Francisco feels different. She has made friends and found a job she really likes. But is she ready for Gideon?
Gideon doesn't like staying still. It gives him too much time to think. And then he hears it...her laugh. It pushes away the darkness. It gives him hope. Until he makes a choice that could cost him everything.
Ghostly Game is the latest in Christine Feehan's Ghostwalkers series. I enjoyed getting to know Gideon better. He is struggling with his demons even as he supports his brothers. But who supports him? I love seeing Rory putting Gideon first. I love seeing Gideon fight to regain the relationship torn apart by difficult choices. I loved seeing family step up to help him fight. I loved seeing both Gideon and Rory look deep to see what they wanted, needed and could accept as they worked toward building something neither had experienced...a loving intimate relationship.
This is a wonderful addition to Ms. Feehan's Ghostwalkers series and I cannot wait to see where Ms. Feehan will take us next.
