This is by no means a masterpiece. It is repetitive and there is so much explaining and so much convoluted stuff all over the place. The reason I give it 4.5 stars is because I have never read a book that so perfectly expressed anxiety and depression in the way I experience it. I've never felt so seen and heard and understood and that has helped heal something in me and I will be rereading this again and again. Thank you JLA.
