I always forget how racist Stephen King's books are. Trying to ignore that, we've got an ambiguous ending and a decently paced story. It was a bit repetitive, but I listened to it in the form it wasn't intended to be read in. It seemed like it introduced the supernatural element a bit too late, but it was still enjoyable.
Graphic: Racism, Racial slurs, Physical abuse, Murder, Forced institutionalization, Death, Confinement, Car accident, Cancer, Blood, Animal death, Animal cruelty, and Adult/minor relationship
Minor: Rape, Sexual harassment, Pedophilia, and Excrement
