This book is difficult to rate on one hand it’s really good and has a dark humor I really enjoy. It’s quirky and has a interesting way of telling the story billy pilgrims mental health ptsd as he has flashbacks l. There’s a lot of symbolism about how we see and irony of the optometrists. But it also was a slower read and I hate to say it was boring. It feels like a betrayal. Best I can say is I respect this book so much for what it’s doing and I’m so glad I read it.
