It's an adventure mystery. You get what you get 🤷🏻‍♀️. I just don't like reading an accent, really takes you out of the reading experience. It's also harder to read as someone who's not familiar with Scottish accents - it just seemed like gibberish. 

The end is, very confusing 😕 I think I'd rather watch Hitchcock's adaptation. I might pick this up again if I'm going through a reading slump, but it's definitely not my favourite.
