Abby Jimenez and her short stories! I'm also so happy to see main characters from her other short story - "Worst Wingman Ever". 

This one revolves around these two neighbors who by some chance, had nowhere else to go since their stairs were taken away for a few days - not really sure if this happens in real life, but it was a cute scene. Unfortunately, Charlotte has this past where she's being stalked by someone for a few years now and it's really focused on that. Meanwhile, Seth is a newly divorcee. 

It's a really cute and fast read when you're feeling like you need a light romance after a dark romance phase.
