If you are looking for a steamy paranormal read, this one is not for you. But, if you’re craving a paranormal shifter romance with tropes like, fared mate, plus size female lead, small town vibes, and the damsel in distress, then this is the book for you! It took me a bit longer to finish this one, I’m blaming it on the lack of spice. I enjoyed the story line and shifter mind link magic. Collins writing is very easy to get lost in and the romance didn’t feel forced (though very instalove). I am interested in picking up the next book in the series and see what happens to the Moonstone pack!
