Home Is Where You Are by Melissa Grace

4.0

i’ve been meaning to read this series for a while now, but somehow it got lost in my tbr and i forgot about it. that was until I received an ARC for the third book in this series the other day. because of that i decided it was time to jump into this series and boy am i glad i did!

this book was so sweet, cute, and funny!! ALL of the characters are super likable and i loved how they quickly became acquainted. I am most excited to see Dallas’s story (that is if he gets one like i think he should). this book moved fast and that’s one reason i loved it. there was never a point where i was bored or the story dragged on. i loved the pace of the book and couldn’t put it down.

this book is for you if you love everything music (especially country) but there is all kinds of music referenced in this book, Nashville, Tennessee, age gap, found family, and so much more to be honest. this book even brings awareness to endometriosis, something i’ve hardly ever seen mentioned in other books. this book does touch on substance abuse and it may be important to search trigger warnings for the book.

I’ve been in a weird reading rut lately and this book may have just put an end to it. i cannot wait to continue on to the next book :)
