Following Fox is a short and sweet read following Charlotte who recently discovered her boyfriend was cheating on her and decides to move back to her hometown and open up the cafe her grandmother left her after she passed; and Nick, her new neighbor and old highschool rival, who is happy to help Charlotte in any way he can. When the two become fast friends, they are quick to pick up on their chemistry, however, when Charlotte's ex makes an appearance, she is forced to confront if she wants to start something with Nick or if she would rather just stay friends.
This is an absolutely adorable read that is very simple and easy to follow, and while nothing much happens plot wise, I was kept on board by Nick and Charlottes relationship and the way the two were perfectly suited for each other. I loved that they both became friends and got to know each other before falling into a relationship. Nick was an absolute sweetheart, the man was so hellbent on being there for Charlotte and making sure she got everything she wanted. I loved how sweet and devoted he was to her after they only just reunited. Why can't I find a boyfriend who's love language is acts of service?!?! Is it really too much to ask for!
