Wicked in the Pines by L.R. Friedman

Omg, this book? I have no words. What a ✨delicious✨ read. Okay, I am not going to lie: when I first started it, I wasn’t as into it. I had some questions starting out, and it can be hard for me to read past those, but I’m so happy I did. Lynx and Saros? My babies. I love a why choose romance, and those boys were excellent. I think what really hit home the most for me with this one was reading about Oakley handling postpartum. I do not have kids, but my body is not the same it was ten years ago. Reading her feelings on her body and finding her sexy again was relatable and true even for me. I loved it, and I felt for her. I ended up highlighting so many of her passages. This book is just good, y’all. Definitely giving Practical Magic and Wednesday. It is a great fall read. I loved it. I can’t wait to read the sequel. I need more of my witches!

Sorry this review is all over the place! I kind of ramble in my reviews, lol. Full notice: I did also receive this book as an ARC from the author, but it’s amazing and I will definitely be getting a physical copy. I loved it. I highly recommend it!
