The St. Valentine's Day Cookie Massacre
by Elisabeth Crabtree
This is only the second cozy mystery novel I've read, but I enjoyed it very much. A lot of the characters were introduced rather quickly, so I had a difficult time keeping everyone straight, but it eventually smoothed out. I found the characters were likeable and relatable, although a little cliché sometimes. For me, that added a little coziness and charm to the book. The ending was no great surprise, but I still found myself staying up late to finish the book. I'd recommend this to anyone who loves cozy mysteries and wants a light read.
