Magic Burns by Ilona Andrews

I really enjoyed the book. The background of the story started to make a little more sense to me. I enjoyed the plot and characters. I even liked how Corran played around with Kate. We also learn more about her background and who she is. I appreciate that this story doesn't make it seem like she's bumbling through things. Shes smart and yes she's learning but she always figures it out and finds a way to help those around her. Im excited for the next book.

Edit review: I did a reread and listened to the graphic audio and I think I enjoyed that even more. Sometimes the authors get long winded and WAY too descriptive and I think the graphic audio help my frustration with that.
