This book brought out so many emotions for me.
I was laughing due to Oli and her sarcasm. I was swooning at the satisfying spice scenes that left the reader hot and bothered. And in those final chapters, I found myself grieving, tearing my heart in half, and sobbing due to the utterly devastating cliff-hanger this book leaves the reader on. This was everything I expected for a five-star read and more. The characters are diverse, bringing to life various issues and trauma related conversations. The writing style is impeccable, immersing the reader into this brilliant paranormal romance series. And finally, the story flows in such a vibrant way that leaves you on the edge of your seats, breathless for the actions and tension these chapters bring. 

A promise that now that the stage has been set, the war is coming together around us, and now that I have my Bonded, we’ll face each other until one of us comes out victorious.

A lot of questions were answered about certain characters backstories and how their group came to be. However, after the shocking and defying cliff-hanger, you will be left with more questions that are far too heart-breaking to think about. It tore me apart and I’m still reeling from those final lines, a certain character quote (💔), and the actions now set in motion that have the potential to change everything we know about this world and these characters.
