I’m convinced the author is on crack or something while she writes because this the second time one of her books have made me go wide eyed and wanting to scream what the f*ck as loud as I possibly can.
I was beyond excited to start this book after I devoured the first one in one day while being on holiday last year. I was struggling to think of ways at to how Frieda could do one better when she’d already done so well with the first book? I was coming up with any type of theory I could and thought she would do the opposite to the first book, but keep to the same kind of path; and for a while, I thought that’s what she was doing.
DO NOT LET HER FOOL YOU, I WAS WRONG. (I normally at, but that’s besides the point.)
Just when I thought there could be no more plot twists, BANG! There was another. I was so into this story and I wish the third one was already out so I could continue to think that the author is crazy, but I’ll just have to wait.
Can I also just say that mr Brock aka 🥦 deserved justice because he was an absolute sweetheart, but I have no doubt he’ll make a woman VERY happy in the future.
If you’ve made it to the end of this review, I want you to take three things from it and the story if you’re planning on reading it.
