This series is shaping up to be really different than I expected! Some sci-fi vibes I didn’t see coming. I really liked this first book and the introduction of the characters. There was a nice amount of mystery that kept me interested. Max is my favourite character so far💙
🎧I had an issue unfortunately with the narration. The female narrator sounds older than Tisaanah is supposed to be, and when the female narrator does the male voices they all sound much older than they’re supposed to be. I preferred the male narrator for this one and wished we got more of him.
