Out of Bounds
by R.S. Grey
Omg so good! I think I need to read more books about the Olympics.
Brie is a gymnast determined to win gold at the upcoming Olympics, not only for herself but for her
mom who sacrificed a lot for her daughters' passion. During the last month of training, she has to travel to Seattle, under the watch of her new and very sexy coach, Erik Winters. From the moment they meet, sparks ignite. Erik wants nothing more to show everyone that he can and will bring his team to victory, so he is not afraid to push the girls, especially Brie, to do just that. However, Brie is not afraid to show Erik who he is dealing with. They do everything they can to push each other's buttons. Despite the game they're playing, they can't seem to stop the lust and attraction that builds between the two and along the way they start to fall for one another.
Thoughts:
I lived for the banter between Brie and Erik, it was sexy as hell, and I couldn't get enough.
There was so much sexual tension, you could cut it with a knife. Brie and Erik are literally a perfect match, yet they are both too stubborn for their own damn good. The moment they started getting closer, one of them has to do or say something stupid, and it was so infuriating, but I guess it did make the ending so much more fulfilling.
And that yoga scene, my goodness, I had to clutch my imaginary pearls. I fully did not expect that to happen, but it did and I'm not mad about it.
I also think R.S Grey did a great job building up to the final trials as I actually found myself getting nervous during the scenes where Brie was performing..
