Don't Look for Me by Wendy Walker
4.0

I listened to the audio for Don't Look For Me and really had a hard time putting it down, it was pretty addicting to say the least.

Molly has disappeared. Leaving behind her car..her life..her family and a tragic story of her own. Her daughter Nicole can't quite settle that her mother would abandon their family, and goes on a quest of her own to solve the mystery of her mothers disappearance.

The book goes back and forth alternating between Molly and her daughters POV's. We get to see exactly where Molly has gone and we also get to see Nicole uncover what really happened last night.

The pacing is great, you never feel a lull in the story and the author really brings a creepy vibe to the villain without revealing too much and without going overboard. I really was kept guessing chapter to chapter and incredibly satisfied with how the ending unfolded.

I really enjoyed the characters and I always need at least one person in a thriller to cheer for. Walker definitely humanizes these characters in a brilliant way and I will for sure be going on to read more thrillers by this author!
