Years ago, I watched the television version of this. I remembered vaguely enjoying it, but also vague disappointment. Though, at this juncture I don't know why the TV show disappointed me.
But this book, was so good. It was engaging, the pacing was terrific, the narrator was great on the audio version. Overall enjoyed this a lot, and enjoyed the reminder that this is a genre I have typically liked. I'm looking forward to reading the next book in the series.
