A Good Girl's Guide to Murder by Holly Jackson

5.0

This is my very first YA murder mystery and I was a bit skeptical when I picked it up but ohhh damnnnnnn! Now, I have absolutely no regrets because I am in love! Loved this book so much so that I finished it in 2 and a half days and if you know me, this rarely happens as your girl is a slow reader.
The sitting at the edge the entire time happened with this one only I sat bolt upright at 3:30 am in the morning because I couldn't believe what I was reading, threw my hands in the air because what the fudge and scratched my neck because how was this even happening?
Do you know get it? I loved this first installment! Loved Pippa Fitz Amobi and Ravi Singh! Although I have had to remind me multiple times that they are just teenagers because I hardly read YA anymore but this just me. At one point, it felt very ridiculous because damn they were just children! And tbh, the stakes weren't that high so nerves were about to crack at any time and I managed to finish it in one complete piece
