I went into this story not really knowing what I was going to get. I am an absolute sucker for good girl bad boy romances. There is something so delightful about the trope. This book somewhat follows it. However at my big 26 years old, I cannot explain how big of a red flag Alex is. He is controlling, manipulative, disrespectful, egotistical, unapproachable, emotionally unintelligent and so on. The spice and the story and the plot was nice but the author really needs to put in work on what a healthy relationship looks like.
