I've read all of the Lincoln Rhyme books and this one really disappointed me. Deaver is obviously trying to open up new lines for future stories and spin offs but it feels like he tried too hard and, instead of a psychological thriller he's trying to turn Lincoln into James Bond, which isnt what I read these books for. After about 15 years I don't think I'll be reading any more of these
